RETURNS
We do not offer refunds on purchases. Store credit or exchange will be offered if merchandise is returned in original condition and accompanied by the sales receipt within 10 days of the sale date. 

We cannot accept returns on final sale items, special orders or altered goods. Store credit is valid for one year.

SHIPPING

FOR SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. 

Orders for items in stock that are placed Monday - Friday will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days. For orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST or over the weekend, we will begin processing on the following Monday.

SHIPPING RATES

We insure all of our items and provide a fixed rate for your convenience. All items will be shipped via Fed Ex and include insurance based on the value of the piece. You will be provided with a Fed Ex tracking number once your package is en route.

FREE SHIPPING
Complimentary free shipping for items less than $10,000 will be sent via ground shipping. Expect delivery within 5-10 business days.

2-DAY SHIPPING $45
This option is available for items in value up to $25,000

EXPRESS SHIPPING $75
Next day delivery is available for most US locations. Any items in value over $25,000 will be sent via Express Shipping for insurance reasons.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will ship internationally. However, shipping rates will vary by country due to taxes and tariffs. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by the country to which we are shipping. Please call to schedule shipping and confirm rates.
