Gallery Assistant ~ Customer Engagement Coordinator
This is a special person in our world, responsible for making sure the gallery runs smoothly, all gallery visits and sales must come off with grace and beauty, client needs are taken care of and our inventory and records are kept in good order.
It would be ideal if you have a keen interest in or love of jewelry and the arts as you will be working directly with the designer, her vendors and customers.
It is required that you have professional office/gallery/ shop experience, a passion for customer engagement, a polished appearance, and extreme attention to detail.
You will be most successful in this role if you have a willingness to happily tackle any task at hand, a solution orientation and natural organizational skills.
In this position you may be asked to help move and transport inventory on an as needed basis.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Social Media required.
Our Nantucket Gallery is open Monday – Sunday. Your schedule is slightly flexible (35-40 hours per week) but must be set and adhered to.
We require extreme reliability and professionalism from our team members.
